Rae Carruth, a formerly prominent National Football League wide receiver, has been found guilty of felony charges in the United States of America. Rae Carruth was selected by the Colorado Panthers of the National Football League in the first round of the 1997 NFL Draft.
Additionally, for conspiring to assassinate his then-girlfriend Cherica Adams, who was also pregnant with his child at the time, he received a sentence of 18 to 24 years in prison.
